WHITE NOISE

WHITE NOISE

Aharon Haliva, ex-head of Israel’s military intelligence

By Nick Moss

There is a fascist logic
That echoes as white noise
In every statement
About small boats and
Men from backward countries
who broke into Britain illegally
;
About shithole countries
And white farmers are being brutally killed
and their land is being confiscated in South Africa
and the newspapers and the media,
doesn’t even talk about it.
If it were the other way around,
they’d talk about it.
That would be the only story
they’d talk about.

Against the “fetid gangrene” (1) of equality,
Soil, race, blood. As always.

10 June 1944.
Oradour-sur-Glane, France
The 2nd SS Panzer Division
Das Reich, under the command
Of SS-Standartendfuhrer Stadler
And SS-Sturmbannfuhrer Diekmann
Are informed that a Waffen-SS officer
Has been taken by the resistance.
Diekmann takes his troops
To Oradour-sur-Glane.
The men of the village are lined up
In barns and sheds, shot
In the legs by machine gun fire,
And, immobilized, covered with fuel
And set alight. 190 die.
The women and children of the village
Have been locked in a church.
An incendiary device is placed
By the church and ignited.
As the women and children
Try to force an escape,
They are gunned down.
247 women and 205 children killed.

642 villagers massacred. For one
Waffen-SS officer.

White noise.
Fascist logic
Background static,
Hisses Bastardization,
Lowering the racial level.
Contamination.

Aharon Haliva, ex-head
Of Israel’s military intelligence:
The fact that there are already 50,000
dead in Gaza is necessary
and required for future generations.
For everything that happened on October 7th,
for every person on October 7,
50 Palestinians must die.
It doesn’t matter now if they are children.
They need a Nakba every now and then
to feel the price.

White noise…
History as a snake devouring its own tail.
