Community Noticeboards is a series of about ten watercolour paintings I’ve been working on over the last two years. Proletarian Doodles is a new series in which doodles I made on masking tape whilst working as a temp in an architectural drawing office several decades ago, are repurposed as an ‘overlay’ on coloured backgrounds derived from famous painters like Marc Chagall, John Piper, Witkacy and Paul Klee.
